1. Introduction & Agreement

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

3. Deposits & Payments

3.2 Payment Method Restrictions

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. v777 reserves the right to request documentation verifying ownership of any payment method used.

3.3 Minimum Stake

The minimum single bet or wager across all v777 products is Rs 50 unless a specific product or table specifies a higher minimum. Maximum stake limits vary by product, market and player account tier. VIP players may request higher stake limits through the support team.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from v777 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. There are no standard withdrawal fees charged by v777, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Verification

Standard processing is restored as soon as verification is complete.

4.3 Withdrawal Restrictions on Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. 5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the v777 Welcome Bonus of 100% deposit match up to Rs 10,000. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household and per device. The standard wagering requirement is 10x (ten times) the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal from the bonus-associated balance is permitted.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

v777 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are only accepted when confirmed by the system — a bet slip displaying "Pending" or showing a network error is not a confirmed bet. You must ensure your device and connection are stable before placing bets. v777 is not liable for bets not confirmed due to technical issues on your end.

6.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body for the sport or competition in question. v777 uses official scorecards, match results and event outcomes from recognised official sources. In the event of a dispute regarding the result of an event, v777's decision — made in good faith based on available official information — is final.

6.3 Postponed & Abandoned Events

If a sports event is postponed and rescheduled to take place within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, bets will stand for the rescheduled event unless stated otherwise for that specific competition. If rescheduled more than 48 hours later, or if the event is abandoned without an official result, pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned. In-play bets settled before abandonment stand as settled.

6.4 PSL-Specific Rules

PSL matches follow T20 cricket betting rules. In the event of rain interruption and a DLS method result being applied, all match bets are settled on the official DLS-adjusted result. Bets on specific innings totals or player milestones are settled if the bet's condition was reached before the interruption. Otherwise they are voided. 6.5 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum single bet: Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by market, event and account tier. v777 reserves the right to apply individual account-level maximum bet restrictions without prior notice. These restrictions may be applied based on betting patterns, account history or risk management requirements.

7. Casino & Games Rules

All casino games, live dealer tables, roulette, Ludo and esports games on v777 are governed by their individual game rules as displayed within the game interface, and by these general Terms.

7.1 RNG Games

Random Number Generator (RNG) games on v777 use certified software that produces statistically random, independent results on every round. Outcomes cannot be predicted or influenced by any player action outside the normal game mechanics. RNG certifications are conducted by independent testing bodies.

7.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are operated by real croupiers using physical equipment under real-time supervision. Results are determined by physical actions — cards dealt, roulette ball landing — and are final once the game round closes. Technical disconnection during a live round does not void a bet already placed before the round closed; the result stands as it would for a connected player.

7.3 Ludo Games

Real-money Ludo games on v777 use a certified random dice system. Player matchmaking is based on stake level. Winnings are paid to the winning player's v777 wallet immediately upon game completion. Disconnection rules for Ludo — including whether a disconnected game is counted as a forfeit — are displayed in the game lobby before each match.

7.4 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction — technical error, connectivity failure on the platform side, or software crash — v777 reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes to players. A malfunction voids all pays and plays related to the affected round. v777 is not liable for winnings that would have been earned on rounds affected by a technical malfunction beyond our control.

8. Responsible Gaming

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of being received. 9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on v777 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or exploit games.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or technical glitches for personal financial gain.

• Engaging in arbitrage betting ("arbing") or match betting strategies designed to guarantee profit through bonus exploitation.
• Using a third party's payment method to make deposits or withdrawals.
• Accessing v777 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Attempting to reverse charge, chargeback or dispute legitimate v777 transactions with your bank or payment provider.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the v777 platform.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

v777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• Account activity suggests fraudulent behaviour, money laundering or terms abuse.
• A player requests self-exclusion or account closure.
• Ongoing KYC verification cannot be completed due to lack of documentation from the player.
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any balance derived from bonus funds, terms-abusive play or fraudulent deposits will be forfeited. Real-money deposits not associated with terms violations will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following a review period of up to 30 days.

10.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting v777 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method. Pending bet stakes are returned if the relevant events have not started; if events are in progress, those bets stand and are settled normally.

11. Liability & Disputes

v777 shall not be liable for any losses, damages or costs arising from: technical failures outside our direct control including internet outages, server downtime or third-party service interruptions; errors in sports data or scores provided by external data feeds where those errors are subsequently corrected by the official governing body; or losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.

11.1 Disputes Process

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute within 14 days of the relevant event's result being posted. Disputes submitted after this period may not be reviewed. To raise a dispute, contact v777 support with your bet reference number, the relevant event and a clear explanation of your concern. Our team will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

v777's decision on settled disputes — made after review of all available official result data — is final. Where a player remains dissatisfied with the outcome of a formal dispute, they may pursue the matter independently. v777 does not accept chargebacks as a substitute for the disputes process.

12. Privacy & Data
